My work draws on psychosexual therapy, attachment-informed practice, trauma-aware frameworks, and medical/biological understanding, bringing these strands together using the NIA Framework™.

What is the NIA Framework™?

The NIA Framework™ is a structured formulation model that integrates:

  • N – Neuro & Biological factors

  • I – Intimacy & Psychosexual dynamics

  • A – Attachment & Relational patterns

Rather than considering these domains in isolation, the framework maps how they interact to maintain distress - and where intervention is most likely to be effective.

How it works

  • You contact me with a brief outline of the case

  • I confirm suitability

  • The client completes a structured intake (with optional anonymisation)

  • You receive a written NIA formulation within the agreed timeframe

Optional consultation slots are available to discuss the formulation.
